George's roles at the City include pavement rehabilitation and resurfacing and traffic signals. George is the project manager for the 4th Avenue & Main Street - Traffic Signals Upgrades project.

Stefan Baer is a Transportation Engineer-in-Training with the City of Whitehorse - Engineering Services Department. Stefan's roles at the City include everything related to transportation and traffic including transportation planning, transportation design, analysis, road safety reviews, traffic data collection, signage, and pavement markings. Stefan is the engagement lead for the 4th Avenue & Main Street - Traffic Signals Upgrades project.

Taylor Eshpeter is the Manager of the City of Whitehorse - Engineering Services Department. Taylor's roles at the City include managing and guiding a team of engineers, technologists, and coordinators in the City's Engineering Department, providing engineering guidance to Mayor and Council, and overseeing the City's capital infrastructure program. Taylor provides project support to the project manager for the 4th Avenue & Main Street - Traffic Signals Upgrades project.
