Stefan Baer is a Transportation Engineer-in-Training with the City of Whitehorse - Engineering Services Department. Stefan's roles at the City include everything related to transportation and traffic including transportation planning, transportation design, analysis, road safety reviews, traffic data collection, signage, and pavement markings. Stefan is the co-project manager overseeing the Access Gates Opening Pilot initiative.
