Taylor Eshpeter is the Manager of the City of Whitehorse - Engineering Services Department. Taylor's roles at the City include managing and guiding a team of engineers, technologists, and coordinators in the City's Engineering Department, providing engineering guidance to Mayor and Council, and overseeing the City's capital infrastructure program. Taylor provides project support to the project manager for the Chilkoot Way Active Transportation Improvements project.
