The City is developing a new Grey Mountain Cemetery Master Plan to help guide the cemetery’s growth and development over the next 20 years.
Since the current plan was created in 2008, Whitehorse’s population has grown and diversified. This update is an opportunity to explore how the cemetery can continue to meet the evolving needs and preferences of the community, including consideration of additional burial and memorial options.
Input from residents, stakeholders, and City staff will help shape a long-term vision for Grey Mountain Cemetery that is respectful, sustainable, and reflective of our community.
