HART: Combined Intersection Upgrades Project Survey #2

The City of Whitehorse and the Government of Yukon are working together on a joint initiative called HART: Combined Intersection Upgrades. This project aims to improve two major intersections in Whitehorse:

  • the Hamilton Boulevard / Two Mile Hill Road & Alaska Highway intersection, and
  • the Range Road & Two Mile Hill Road intersection.

The goal of this project is to address traffic and safety concerns for all road users, including pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, and transit riders and improve traffic flow in this area. Based on what we learned in the first round of engagement and technical review, we have developed two design options. These options focus on improving traffic flow, enhancing safety and comfort for pedestrians and cyclists and providing safer crossings for pedestrians and cyclists.

The following survey will take you less than 15 minutes to complete. The information we gather from this survey will be used to help both the City of Whitehorse and the Government of Yukon finalize their design for this intersection.
