Stefan Baer is a Transportation Engineer-in-Training with the City of Whitehorse - Engineering Services Department. Stefan's roles at the City include everything related to transportation and traffic including transportation planning, transportation design, analysis, road safety reviews, traffic data collection, signage, and pavement markings. Stefan is the project manager overseeing the McIntyre Drive Traffic Calming project.

Taylor Eshpeter is the Manager of the City of Whitehorse - Engineering Services Department. Taylor's roles at the City include managing and guiding a team of engineers, technologists, and coordinators in the City's Engineering Department, providing engineering guidance to Mayor and Council, and overseeing the City's captital infrastructure program. Taylor provides project support to the project manager for the McIntyre Drive Traffic Calming project.

Larry Turner is the Director, Community Services for the Kwanlin Dün First Nation. Larry is the point person for the Kwanlin Dün First Nation for the McIntyre Drive Traffic Calming project.
