Whitehorse Paratransit Policy Review and Update

The City of Whitehorse is reviewing its Handy Bus Policy (to be renamed Paratransit Policy). We are conducting a survey to better understand riders’ needs, challenges and barriers with using the service. Your feedback will help guide refinement of the Paratransit policy and strengthen accessible transit in Whitehorse. 

There are 20 survey questions, followed by 3 optional demographic questions. You have the option to complete the questions as yourself or as a caregiver for an individual with disabilities. This survey is voluntary and responses to individual surveys will not be associated with the person completing it.
