Update #4: Reconstruction Phase 1A

The City has received a schedule from our deep utility contractor, Castle Rock Enterprises, for Phase 1A. Starting the week of May 26, Castle Rock will start mobilizing equipment, conducting bird nest surveys, and completing tree and boulevard removals.

Shallow utility work by ATCO Electric's contractor, Arctic Backhoe, is scheduled to start June 2 for a duration of approximately three weeks. Once shallow utilities are complete, Castle Rock will start on deep utilities in July.

Fridays in the Park: May 30

Engineering staff will be at Hillcrest Park to answer questions regarding the Hillcrest Reconstruction project during the City's Fridays in the Park event.
