Update 7: Hillcrest Reconstruction Phase 1A

The City is planning to temporarily shut-off water service for residents on Roundel Road and Chalet Crescent for a period of approximately 4 hours between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm on Tuesday August 5, 2025.

This shut-off will enable the ongoing work for Phase 1A of Hillcrest Reconstruction.

During this time, the Whitehorse Fire Department will be prepared to respond while hydrants are out of service.

Bottled drinking water will be made available at the corner of Summit Road and Roundel Road for those who need it during the temporary shutdown. See the map below for the exact location of the station.

Residents may notice turbidity in their tap water after the work occurs. If residents find tap water is dark or cloudy, run the tap on cold for up to 15 minutes or until water appears clear.
