Update Regarding 2024 Construction (Phase 1A)

Construction of Phase 1A of the Hillcrest Reconstruction Project is planned to commence in summer of 2024. Phase 1A includes reconstruction of Roundel Road (west of Summit Road) and the sanitary main that passes under Summit greenbelt (map attached).

The scope of Phase 1A is reduced from the original Phase 1. This means that residents who were impacted within the previous Phase 1 along Sunset Drive North and Summit Road North will not be impacted until a later phase.
