The City of Whitehorse and Skookum Asphalt are preparing to begin work on the first phase of the 2022 Rural Roads Surfacing program on Saturday, July 9th. Skookum will be applying a bitumen surface treatment to Miles Canyon and Fish Lake roads. Two-way, single lane traffic and access to Miles Canyon and Fish Lake will be maintained. Flag persons will be directing traffic around the construction area.
