Planning for a new neighbourhood in close proximity to Downtown is a great opportunity to work towards addressing the housing crisis.

We've previously heard from residents about part of the Valleyview South area and generally through the on-going Official Community Plan update. We'd like to take the opportunity to reconnect with residents about this area to confirm if what we've done before is still relevant and applicable to this specific area. This survey has been developed in collaboration with Kwanlin Dün First Nation and Ta'an Kwäch'än Council staff and incorporates specific questions for their citizens.
